Straight-Arm Vertical Leg Raise

How to: Using the dip stand, grip the handles on the end of each bar and raise yourself to an extended position. Raise your legs slowly to a right angle. slowly lower your legs to their original extended position.

Safety Hint: Do not drop from the dip stand, use the pegs to step down or slowly lower yourself to the ground to prevent shock to the spine.
