Flat Knee Ins
(3 sets of 25)

How to: Lie flat on bench or floor. If on a bench, be sure to let your legs hang down, feet touching the floor. Place your hands under your buttocks for back support and raise your knees until your thighs are at a right angle with the rest of your body.

Safety hint: Be sure to place your hands underneath you. The lower back support is very important to prevent aggravation to your back.
