As a clinical and sportsmassge therapist, coupled with my background in counseling, nutrition and performance conditioning, I have worked with hundreds of athletes at all levels. The information we have chosen to offer here is a result of more than 20 years of experience. Over the years, athletes have asked hundreds of questions about every conceivable topic such as performance, what to eat and when, how much water to drink, how to avoid a groin pull, what stretches should be done, etc.
