Muscles Worked: Biceps
Lie face forward on flat preacher bench. Hold dumbbell in right hand, palm up. Support upper right arm against pad Curl dumbbell up in semicircular motion until forearm touches biceps. Keep upper arm against pad at all times. Lower to starting position using same path. Reverse position and do with left arm. Inhale up, exhale down. Can also be done with wide grip.
